The appointment was very disappointing. My son in law brought my car in this time.The car was checked in. Serviced. He was called to check out once done very quickly. Transmission, fuel injectors, brakes, and cabin air filter were all flagged in red. When at checkout, she asked if he wanted anything done without any explanation of any of the red flagged items. Complimentary car wash was not offered. I had to call and reschedule another trip to get the items done. Very disappointed in this trip.
Salespeople are friendly and helpful. At Nissan I get quality service. There is a nice lounge area while waiting but I never have to wait to long. I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends. I love my Nissan.

The service I received on my 2021 Nissan Altima was top tier from start to finish. Took my car in for an oil change and battery replacement. The service rep walked me through step by step the process of how they determined my battery was bad although I received a positive good test from a local auto part store. Amazing and helpful staff at Leblanc Nissan.
Great experience! The car I bought was online. When I got to the dealership, it was detailed and paper work was all ready for me to sign. They gave me a tour of the car and I was outta there in less than an hour!

Tony was amazing, kind and honest and I would buy from him again. I have had negative experiences at other car dealerships, but I felt very comfortable with Tony. He showed my daughter and I several cars, yet he never rushed us, but once we found the right car and went inside, he made us feel comfortable, the process went smooth and quick.
I had a good experience with my car purchase from this dealer. It was a model with manual transmission that is in short supply. The salesman was very professional and helped me reserve the vehicle until I could come by to test drive it and was always available to answer my questions and to facilitate the purchase.
Customer service is not so friendly. No help whatsoever. They need to learn how to communicate better.
I went in about two weeks ago to get a A tire on my truck repaired. I had already put the spare tire on the truck and drove down to Nissan with the flat tire in the back of the truck. So Antoni asked him to repair the tire put it back on and put the spare back under the truck. about 10 minutes later he said we can repair the tire put it back on and put the spare back onto the truck. This was probably the first time I left unsatisfied. I have always loved Price LeBlanc but this time I actually felt like "just another number." On top of needing much more work than I anticipated (which happens, I get it) my car came back to me smelling horrible and there were dirty hand prints in multiple areas. I keep my car clean. This dealership is more personable than the dealership in Houma. They except Nissans no matter where they were purchased. Of course you have to make an appointment, but they are more personable & friendlier than the ones in Houma.
Thanks Price LeBlanc for making my purchase experience great. When I called to inquire about the 2025 Nissan Armada I was connected to Tom Coche. Tom was very confident he could find what I exactly what I need and he did. On the day I was to test drive the vehicle Tom was ill but he had Ivan Villermarette contact me. Ivan was great and gave me excellent customer service.
I had an excellent experience working with Tony Ramos. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought and understood my needs.
He was very pleasant and listen to my concerns. Anthony was patient and didn't make feel like he was forcing me to get the repairs done. I should have gotten a coupon on my last repairs after all I spent a large amount of money at your shop.
Was not happy that the inspection was pencil whipped my air filter was not insoected

The work was done well. The reason I am rating 3 stars is because after a week and a half of being at the dealership, they said they were working on it, but then I received a call that it was the wrong part. I had to wait for the new part to come in and then for them to complete the work, so the turnaround time was not very good at 3 1/2 weeks. They did give me a rental, so that helped. Also, the interior of the car was left with dirty smudges in various places.
